Ticket redemption: Please bring your ticket(s) to the event for redemption - display the ticket QR code on your mobile device or print your ticket to be scanned at any of the show entrances.
Important: No exchanges or refunds. Treat this eTicket as you would cash. This eTicket contains a unique QR code that allows for re-entry for the duration of the event if accompanied by ID matching the name appearing on the ticket. Event staff will be able to verify the legitimate buyer by checking the credit card and/or photo ID. We recommend that all customers bring the credit card used to purchase this ticket. The holder of this ticket assumes all responsibilities for any risk of bodily harm, disease, or loss of property sustained while attending this attraction, and waives all right to lay claim for damages resulting from any cause whatsoever either before, during or after the attraction. Photographic images and video footage are incidental to attendance and may be used without permission or compensation. Solicitation is strcitly prohibited.
Show Management may (at its sole discretion) refuse access to, or eject from the Event, any person in its absolute discretion, including (without limitation) any person who fails to comply with these terms and conditions or who in the opinion of Show Management represents a security risk, nuisance or annoyance to the running of the Event.
