IDS kicks off on Thursday with the IDS Party. Friday and Saturday are Professional Trade
Days, while Saturday and Sunday are open to the public for general admission.

PRICING
HST + a $2.00 service fee per ticket will be applied at checkout. Tickets can be purchased online or at the on-site box office using credit or debit (no cash). Children ages 11 and under receive free admission when accompanied by a paying adult.

Terms & Conditions
All sales final. NOT FOR RESALE. NO EXCHANGES. NO REFUNDS. Display the QR code on your mobile device or print your ticket to be scanned at the show entrance. Treat your ticket as you would cash. Tickets contain a unique bar code that will only be redeemed once. If for any reason a copy of this ticket was made, the first scanned ticket to arrive at the event will be valid, while the second ticket with the same ticket ID/QR code will be denied. Event staff will be able to verify the legitimate buyer by checking the credit card and/or photo ID. We recommend that all customers bring their credit card that was used to make this purchase to the event.
The holder of this ticket assumes all responsibilities for any risk of bodily harm, disease, or loss of property sustained while attending this attraction and waives all right to lay claim for damages resulting from any cause whatsoever either before, during or after the attraction. Photographic images or video footage are incidental to attendance. Images and video may be used without permission or compensation. Solicitation of show exhibitors is strictly prohibited. Informa/IDS Vancouver may (at its sole discretion) refuse access to, or eject from the Event, any person in its absolute discretion, including (without limitation) any person who fails to comply with these terms and conditions or who in the opinion of Informa/IDS Vancouver represents a security risk, nuisance or annoyance to the running of the Event.
You can choose to allow your ticket QR code to be scanned by an exhibitor or a sponsor while you are at their booth. In doing so you are providing the exhibitor or sponsor with your personal information, and you agree to the exhibitor or sponsor contacting you in the future about their products or services. You understand that you can opt out of this contact at any time by contacting the exhibitor or sponsor. Ticket QR codes cannot be read remotely and must be scanned before any details are shared with exhibitors and sponsors.
