Total Ticket Sales Report
An overall snapshot of ticket sales that shows: quantity of tickets sold, total $ value, total service fees (if applicable), number of unique purchases by ticket type (adult, senior, child, etc.)

   Daily Payments Report
At the highest level, this report shows total $ sales by type of credit card used, number of unique purchases and quantity of tickets sold for each month the purchase site has been active. Then, each month drills down to specific day and within day, will drill down to a detailed list of each sale for that day.

   Ticket Lookup
This tool enables a search by first name, last name, company, zip/postal code, email address, purchase reference number, or ticket id/barcode.

   Demographic Analysis
This report displays the answers to the questions asked of respondents (both # and %) under the "Customer Information Profile" section of the purchase page.

   Ticket Purchases - Summary
A listing of all individual purchaser records providing purchaser information, ticket purchase data, customer profile information and links to actual receipts and tickets.

   Ticket Purchases - Detail
A listing of all individual tickets providing purchaser name, email, ticket id, ticket status, date of purchase.

   Ticket Purchases by Name
This reports lists ticket types purchased, # of tickets and total $ value by purchaser name; and provides an overall totals # of customers, tickets and total $ value sold.

   Discount Usage Report
For each promotion code created, this report shows the number of times it was used, the number of tickets discounted, the total number of tickets purchased related to a sale using a promo code, the total $ value of tickets purchased, the total $ amount discounted and the total $ amount paid (net discount).

   Redeemed Tickets
For each day of the show, this report shows by ticket type, the unit price, the quantity and total $ value redeemed. It also provides the same information for all tickets that were not redeemed at the event. The redeemed number of tickets is also shown in the Total Ticket Sales Report for each product type.

   Tickets Refunded/Voided
This report lists the tickets that were either refunded or voided. Tickets marked as "refunded" or "voided" are removed from the quantity and $ value of tickets sold in the Total Ticket Sales Report.
